Heather Locklear was born on September 25 on 1961 in Westwood, California, USA as Heather Deen Locklear. She is an actress and producer. Her films include Melrose Place (1992), The Perfect Man (2004), and The Return of Swamp Thing (1989). She was previously married to Richie Sambora and Tommy Lee. Richie Sambora, her ex-husband is a Bon Jovi member. Ava Locklear, aka Ava Elizabeth Sambora, was her daughter. She was born on 4 October 1997 along with Richie Sambora.
